Guelder-rose – sort of the long-term bushes belonging to family adoksovy. Many species of guelder-rose are used in landscaping, berries of this plant are used in the medical purposes and for preparation of sweets. The guelder-rose shanks, seeds, layers and division of bush breeds.

1. Seeds guelder-rosesof before crops subject to long stratification. Clean seeds from cover, wash out them and fill up in kapron bag. Wrap bag with seeds in damp moss or sawdust and you hold within two months at the room temperature.
2. Move container with moss and seeds which have begun to sprout for month to the dark room with temperature about five degrees. After processing by cold the sprouted seeds can be planted to the earth.
3. Put guelder-rose sprouts in box with mix from one part of humus, the same volume of sand and three parts of the cespitose earth. When landing to the earth it is necessary to bury only back, the cotyledonous knee has to remain over the surface of the soil.
4. In the summer the box with seedlings can be prikopat in garden. For winter guelder-roseof cover the fallen-down foliage. It is desirable not to use for this purpose the leaves collected in orchard. Two-year seedlings can be planted on the constant place.

8. At the end of fall move guelder-rose to the dark cool room and till February support the earth in capacity with shanks in slightly damp state.
9. In February move shanks in the room with temperature about twenty degrees. In the spring the guelder-rose can be planted to the open ground.
10. For landing of guelder-rose choose the lit site with the subacidic damp soil. The guelder-rose of tenevynosliv, but in strong shadow this plant almost does not blossom. Dig out landing hole half-meter depth. Diameter of hole has to be fifty-sixty centimeters. Fill up humus bucket, half of kilogram of wood ashes and two hundred grams of superphosphate in hole.
11. Mix contents of landing hole and well moisten. Plant guelder-rose sapling in soil and powder roots with top layer of the soil which is taken out from hole. Condense the earth about plant and mulch it layer of sawdust or peat.
12. Care for this bush includes removal of weeds, scarification and watering. When collecting fruits of guelder-rose it is not recommended to break off branches together with berries as flower kidneys are stuffed up on the ends of branches.
