1. Prepare necessary materials. Ceiling plinth from polyfoam, brush, silver paint will be necessary for you. 2. Make measurements of your mirror. After measurements cut the edges of plinth at an angle of 45 degrees. It is possible to make it without use of special devices, but it is the best of all to use the miter box – the tool allowing to cut off material under the required corner. If the miter box is absent, apply two pieces of plinth to one another cross-wise, draw line and cut off on diagonal.
3. The ceiling plinth is easily knifed stationery with replaceable edges. Also the normal sharply ground kitchen knife will approach. Carry out cutting of plinth accurately, without haste; it is important to achieve dense adherence of elements in T-joints.
4. Having cut off plinth according to the sizes, start its sticker. Before it is necessary to attach mirror to the place of its stay by special fastenings. Use special glue or putty for gluing of plinth. Pasting frame parts, try to combine precisely the ends of elements that in joints slots were not formed.
5. If after plinth tipping to mirror nevertheless slots or roughnesses were formed, fill up them with putty.
6. After drying of glue start painting of frame. If you want to give to frame effect of old times, in the beginning apply paint of lighter shade, and after drying of paint put a little expressly negligent dabs of more dark color. After the frame completely dries, you make sure that even by close examination it cannot almost be distinguished from metal.
