The pebble mill is, as a rule, small sizes the device which is intended for grind of various solid materials. Basic element of such mill is the small drum which is filled with pig-iron or steel spheres of various diameter. The pebble mill has received big distribution in industrial productions, for grinding of lime, grain, etc.
Instruction
1. Take the body from the VMD old device, such pipe will be our drum. At the same time it is necessary to know that pipes happen to seam and without it. We need for production of mill seamless pipe. Thickness of pipe wall has to be not less than 1.5 mm.
2. Take mouth and ring cover from the industrial gas filter. Remove excess parts by means of turning lathe. By means of agrarian arc welding, weld these products on pipe from the relevant parties.
3. Cut out circle from normal polyethylene cover and insert it into threaded cover ring. In such a way you reach the greatest tightness of product. Take rolls from the DSR recorder, and brackets of bearings can be taken by cut of the body of industrial gas rotameters in half.
4. Buy normal ball bearings of diameter of rolls in the market. Zaludite by means of normal solder are shaky in those places where the bearing will sit, and on the bearing you zaludit holders. Put the bearing in the body, and insert rolls into bearings. Drums on axis limit movement to two metal rollers which can also be taken from the recorder.
5. Take the engine, it is possible from the old fan of good power and it is desirable with good turns of rotation (revolution per second). Cut out from normal rubber bag of the truck of strip for coupling of drum with rolls. Paste on standard technology (end-to-end with diagonal cut) on drum by means of glue.
6. Connect design together (the reel, the engine), enclose lead balls in drum and load material for grinding. Start the pebble mill and wait for results.
