At great opportunity for the choice of furniture in modern shops, nevertheless there are people who do it by the hands. Round bed - dream of many fans of comfortable dream – pleasure rather expensive, and sometimes and unrealizable. In this case it is necessary to apply all the ability to handle construction material.

- - wooden bar of 40х40 mm or 50х50 mm,
- - wooden rails,
- - plywood 15 mm or chipboard,
- - plywood 8 mm,
- - foam rubber of two types, 10-15 cm and 3-5 cm thick,
- - glue,
- - self-tapping screws,
- - drill,
- - wood saw,
- - fabric,
- - furniture stapler,
- - electrofret saw,
- - metal corners for fastening.
Instruction
1. Draw the drawing of your future bed. Carefully think over its sizes: diameter, height. According to the drawing by means of the electrofret saw cut from plywood 15 mm bottom for bed of the necessary diameter. If it consists of several parts, fasten them with wooden rails and self-tapping screws.
2. Make bed framework of bar. Saw off the necessary number of legs of height set by the drawing. Connect legs among themselves by means of rails, metal corners and self-tapping screws.
3. Again take the electrofret saw and cut from plywood 8 mm of strip 20 cm wide and the total put length equal to length of circle of your bed. It is its side. Attach plywood to framework so that 10 cm of its width closed legs, and 10 more cm were higher than the level of bed. It is necessary that the round mattress did not move down from framework. In order to avoid plywood breakage, attach it at first to one leg self-tapping screws, then turn in a little, attach to the second leg, etc.
4. Cut foam rubber of 3-5 cm on strips 30 cm wide (20 cm width of plywood side + on 5 cm on bend). Paste foam rubber strips to side outside exactly in the middle. Take the prepared fabric, you will find from it strip 50 cm wide and length equal to bed circle length. Impose fabric on the pasted foam rubber, bend it together with foam rubber through side on its inside from above and from below, and fix by means of the furniture stapler inside.
5. Put plywood bottom in bed framework, attach it to framework rails self-tapping screws. Cut out from foam rubber of 15 mm knife mattress circle diameter equal to diameter of bed. If the mattress consists of several parts, stick together foam rubber thin adhesive layer that there were no consolidations. Sew the corresponding cover from fabric and thrust into it foam rubber. It is better to sew cover removable, on lightning, then it can be erased or changed if the coloring bothers.
6. Put ready mattress on bed bottom. Sew several pillows from the same material and foam rubber, scatter them on bed. Enjoy yourselves!
