Stone blocks is widely used now. Regiments in shops are already filled with stone blocks of different form and coloring. However it is possible not to spend money for stone blocks acquisition, and just to make it independently.
Instruction
1. For a start concrete prepares. For this purpose two concrete mixers undertake. In one there has to be concrete with pigment, and in another - without it. Further forms are displayed on vibrotable. They have to adjoin densely to each other. Color concrete is displayed by layer approximately in 2 centimeters. If production of gray tile is made, then dye in front layer is not used.
2. After that turn on the vibrator. For a start it has to work no more than 10 seconds. The bottom of form will become covered by even layer of concrete. Surely watch that amplitude and intensity of fluctuations of table-top of vibrotable was moderate. In shape there should not be concrete "boiling". There is consolidation under own weight. All surface of table-top has to experience vibration, identical on intensity. For adjustment of vibration reduce the size and weight of plate of imbalance which is on electric motor anchor under covers.
3. Concrete without pigment is added to forms. The form is filled to the brim. The vibrator turns on for 10 seconds. Excess concrete is removed by means of metal corner, alignment of concrete on edge of form is made.
4. After forms are filled with concrete and there has completely taken place vibration process, solution is carefully smoothed down. If the amount of concrete is not enough, then solution is added to form and is rubbed clean without vibration. Forms develop on pallets layers. The quantity of layers should not exceed 10.
5. Pallets on which the filled forms are stored cover with polyethylene film. It allows to prevent drying. Move these pallets only 48 hours later after filling.
