Sometimes the problem of small rodents still rises both before inhabitants of rural houses, and before city dwellers.
Of course, presently it is easy to buy the mousetrap in shop, however practically all of them are oriented not to catching, and to extermination of mouse. If you like to avoid such emergency measures, then you can make the mousetrap, absolutely safe. For this purpose you will need big can and in addition to it – either bank of smaller diameter, or glass jar. The last is more preferable therefore she will be mentioned further.
Diameter of can has to be not less than 10 centimeters, height – is not less than 6 centimeters. The glass jar has to have diameter about 9 centimeters, but anyway – smaller, than diameter of can, however not much more. In height this bank has to reach about 10 centimeters. Besides, the thread about 45 centimeters long will be required, and it should not be too strong and thick, and fat piece, surely sinewy or rigid – such that it could not be cut through thread.
In can the entrance is cut out – door which begins from the earth and comes to an end without reaching top banks. The door has to be such size that in it could creep mouse. In sidewall of can four openings, approximately in the middle of height banks are made equally spaced. Through these openings the thread is passed so that at us the cross from thread leaving the tops all four openings has turned out. On the center of cross we place fat piece so that it could not be broken from thread. From above on the crossed threads the glass jar by bottom is put up so that the bait and cross hairs were approximately on the center of its neck. The mouse tries to bite off sinewy fat and at the same time peregryzat thread (for this purpose thread has to be fragile) then the glass jar, having lost support, falls down and covers mouse. In order that bank has not got by mouse, its diameter has to be close to diameter of can: then it will fall vertically down. As you can see, there is nothing difficult in making the mousetrap with own hands.
