- Metal framework, the turbine, the welding machine, the electric motor with the excentric core, rubber pads, metal sheet, metal bars.
Instruction
1. Find some metal basis under vibrotable. It has to be some metal framework in the form of parallelepiped. Pay attention to the mass of this framework, it has to be rather big that vibration of future vibrotable did not lead to shaking of the basis.
2. Cut out by means of the turbine from metal bars framework of the cloth of vibrotable. Weld the ends of the cut pigs to form rectangle. The form and perimeter of this cloth have to be such that it it is possible to be to put on framework. For this purpose length of rectangle of vibrotable has to be more than length of the basis, and width is a little less, or on the contrary.
3. Envelop vibrotable cloth framework pipes thick rubber in those places where they adjoin to the table basis. It becomes in order that at vibration of table the basis vibrated least and also for the purpose of noise reduction.
4. Weld on middle part of framework of cloth of table two more pipes at distance the friend between the friend, equal to diameter of the electric motor. It is required for fastening of the electric motor to table at the expense of these pipes.
5. Take care of reliability of welding seams because regular use of vibrotable can lead to its destruction in case of not enough strong contacts of metal parts with each other.
6. Attach the electric motor with the excentric core to the welded vibrotable pipes. Make sure that fastenings are rather reliable. If the clown of the core of the electric motor settles down between vibrotable pipes, pay attention to that it at rotation did not concern them and also did not go beyond the line of cloth of vibrotable. Make fastenings of the electric motor to vibrotable such that it could be removed at any time. It is useful for adjustment of extent of vibration by means of change of the size of the core.
7. In order that the core has been rather strong got on axis of the electric motor and has not flown to operating time, try to weld it on it if it is possible.
8. Cut out by the vibrotable cloth framework size cloth from metal sheet about 3 mm thick. You should not use too thin metal because it can not sustain such joltings and also you should not use also too thick sheets which weight will be very heavy for the electric motor.
9. Connect the electric motor in network and check extent of vibration of table. If she is too great, then make the core less excentric, having cut off its part by means of the turbine.
10. Attach by means of self-tapping screws on metal leaf of cloth to framework. Instead of self-tapping screws it is possible to use normal bolts also.
