To make bed which height will be equal to 50 cm it is necessary to prepare wood, namely: rails, bar, boards. For processing of parts it is possible to use the electrofret saw. The design will become more reliable if each connection to fix mechanically (self-tapping screws) and by means of glue.

Preparation of elements of framework of bed
It is necessary to make sidewalls in number of 2 pieces of board which sizes are equal to 2500 x 300 x 20 mm. Two boards, the sizes of each of which are equal to 2000 x 300 x 20 mm, will be used for production of headboard and also walls (front and back). The bar with sizes of 2000 x 40 x 40 mm in number of 5 pieces will be applied to production of legs, 4 of which will be bearing, and 1 – basic. Rails in number of 27 pieces with the sizes equal to 1500 x 40 x 20 mm, will be used for rack covering (25 pieces) and for fixing of boards of headboard (2 pieces)
Bed manufacturing techniques
Front and back walls have to possess the dimensions equal to 1500 mm, the size of sidewalls will equal 2040 mm. Walls of design should be divided longwise into 3 equal parts, having made in places of division of mark. Depth of laying of mattress is equal to 50 mm. To this digit it is necessary to add 20 mm what thickness of rack covering is equal to, it is necessary to add 40 more mm to the received digit, is the thickness of waling timbers which are located lengthways. 110 mm will turn out, they need to be postponed from the upper edge of preparation to strengthen basic bars in places of tags.
On sidewalls it is necessary to lay off 70 mm from top and to recapture the line namelenny cord. Along the received marking it is necessary to strengthen basic bar, its length – 1920 mm, it is necessary to recede from edges 60 mm. It is necessary to fix self-tapping screws from bed inside. Fixture should not be longer than thickness of bar and board, otherwise there is opportunity to damage face side of design. To sidewalls it is necessary to strengthen vertical pieces of bar, about 20 mm need to recede from edges at the same time. To front wall it is necessary to strengthen board for headboard. Before fastening the faces of preparation have to be missed the mark with glue. From outer side the headboard has to be strengthened by three rails put on glue, in addition it is necessary to strengthen preparation self-tapping screws. After the frame is ready, it is possible to lay several waling timbers on surface of basic bars of walls of design. They can be strengthened among themselves the self-tapping screws twisted at an angle in 45 °. Then on load-carrying structure, having receded on 20 mm from both walls, it is necessary to lay 25 rails. Laying needs to be made with step to 40 mm. The design will be more reliable if to strengthen 2 legs to waling timbers, having arranged them on height of walls. Now it is possible to lay mattress as it is ready on bed.
