Instruction
1. The pillar base from the asbestos-cement pipes filled with concrete solution will be suitable for the easy one-storey building built on frame technology. One of the main advantages of such basis – lack of need to wait for about one month of full hardening of cement.
2. By means of petrol-drill do in the earth of deepening with a diameter of 20 cm and about a meter in depth. Leave between columns distance in 90 cm. In ready openings establish, leveling on the level and plumb, pipes from asbestos cement 130 cm long and with an inside diameter of 10 cm.
3. Sprinkle columns with sand, spill it water and stamp. Fill pipes with solution. Prepare it, having taken on one part of cement five parts of crushed stone and four – sand. In those pipes which will serve as support to floor logs establish carrier plates.
4. Starting production of framework, execute the lower binding from boards of 15Х5 cm. At the same time stack them on edge on the pillar base. At first screws connect internal boards of binding on corners, to them attach averages, to averages – external.
5. Level plane upper part of boards, check the level, corners and diagonals of binding. Note the locations floor log. Execute by means of the electric fret saw and chisel grooves on internal boards of binding. Attach logs of floor to the lower binding and columns of the base. Fix on internal board bars with the section of 5Х5 cm. Floor boards will lean on them.
6. Begin installation of sheets SMALLPOX with corner. Attach two leaves on level to corner posts of framework. Further attach sheets SMALLPOX around, leaving window openings. To simplify the procedure of fastening of sheets to the lower binding, for a while establish small bars in places of joints of two cloths. After three walls of framework are collected, establish bearing, and then – I quarter walls.
7. After wall construction floor, stacking boards face side inside. So they will be protected from damage during construction and will be able to mature. Establish plastic windows in the provided apertures. Their width has to be 4 cm less than a distance between wall racks.
8. Opposite to racks as inhaling of roof frames establish ceiling beams on framework walls. By means of pads from SMALLPOX connect ceiling beams of big and small flights of framework. Make ceiling. For this purpose in all rooms of future building fasten sheets SMALLPOX to ceiling beams.
9. If distance between load bearing walls more than 5 m, make on all length of the room across floor beams temporary prop. It will prevent sagging of ceiling when carrying out roofing works.
10. You pass to the roof device. Establish rafters and by means of beam ties attach them to ceiling beams. Make furring, having laid boards with the section of 2,5Х12,5 cm. The interval between them makes 8 cm. Leaving 30 cm on releases over pediments. Cut off furring boards.
11. Lay roofing material and layers of ondulin. Close pediment on the one hand at home in advance prepared SMALLPOX sheets. Between ceiling beams lay three layers of heater, cover with paper roof covering. Close pediment on the other side of the building.
12. Start internal works. Remove ceiling prop, lay floor boards face side up. Rally them among themselves and attach to logs, twisting screws in grooves. Warm floor. For this purpose attach to floorboards and logs penofol. Establish in apertures of walls and close sheets SMALLPOX of plate of heater. Mark and establish interroom partitions, doors.
13. Around the house make sandy pillow and lay on it concrete blind area, having strengthened it mesh reinforcement. Cover house walls with masonry paint in two layers. Close joints of panels the painted wooden pads.
