Instruction
1. Sort upper part of gasoline pump, having turned its upper part counterclockwise of rather lower part on one step of round of fixture. Establish top cover of the pump into place and press it fixture screws a little. Further put on the pump pins of fixture and pull against the stop down the lever of manual pumping. Hold the lever in such situation and fix cover attachment screws. Install the extender of the hand lever and its directing plate at once after you tighten fixture, it will not be provided possible.
2. Adjust the minimum vystupaniye of the pusher of gasoline pump. Establish between the body of additional devices and heat-insulating support very thin laying, and from gasoline pump - laying of average thickness. 3. Press the installed device nuts and slowly turn the crankshaft until the minimum performance of the pump. Measure by means of calipers pusher vystupaniye distance over the laying plane. Having picked up laying, establish gasoline pump into place and tighten fastening nuts.
4. Establish hoses of fuel pipe and fuel filters. Usually, at installation, hoses which inside diameter is 8 mm from the pump and to filters, and from filters to other parts of the device (the carburetor filter, the fuel pipe filter tube to tank) hoses which inside diameter is 6 mm are used.
5. Avoid at installation of hoses of sharp excesses that will have an adverse effect on work of gasoline pump. Try on the body of the air filter, avoiding excesses of hose of the fuel pipe suitable to suction branch pipe of gasoline pump. Do not forget to check durability of fastening of fastening nuts and collars and tightness of all connections.
