How to save bulbous plants
Sometimes one view of bulbs becomes enough to come to conclusion that they should be thrown out. However you should not hurry. Try to reanimate the perishing flowers at first.
Until planting of bulbs in soil they need to be stored in the cool dark place, it is preferable in the fridge. If bulbs became wrinkled, try to envelop them small piece of gauze which should be wetted in weak solution of potassium permanganate. In several days the flowers can be planted to the soil.
In certain cases bulbs fade, and scales begin to peel off. Accurately remove all top scales, and put bulbs in the capacity filled with nutritious solution for flowers.

Approximately in two weeks of bulb it is possible to land to the open ground or beds. If some scales framing lukovichka have begun to decay, accurately grease them with brilliant green solution. Then envelop it the newspaper and place in the cellophane bag having several openings for air ventilation. Now bulbs can be stored in the fridge before the landing. The damaged begun to rot bulbs can be reanimated, having cut off all spoiled flower fabrics. It is necessary to remove also accurately spoiled or dry roots, without having mentioned at the same time healthy backs. Wash up the bulb cleaned in this way in warm water and envelop roots damp gauze. As soon as the plant dries, store it in the fridge. When bulbs freeze, they can also try to be saved. In the small container with nutritious solution wet affected flowers, from above strew with peat and you store in the fridge.
If in the course of defrosting of bulb of its scale begin to decay — that will not be possible to save such flower any more.
If the bulb has begun to grow in the winter
If bulbous plants before term have begun to sprout, place them in flat dish with damp peat, envelop package and you store in the fridge. If sprout absolutely big and on it leaflets have begun to be formed — plant bulb to the soil and put on windowsill. After the plant fades, replace it to the open ground together with the earth which is in flat dish. Be not afraid to plant in bulb soil which sprout has broken off. Usually they are capable to blossom not worse than other house bulbous flowers.
