If you have need for frequent replacement of drill or other nozzles, the fast-chuck will suit you more. It is necessary to remember that cartridges of drill can have different thread. Therefore not to be mistaken upon purchase, it is necessary to remember information on thread which is beaten out on the old boss.
2. Dismantle old patronimenno at this stage, usually there are biggest problems. Besides that the cartridge fastens on thread spindle, it still fastens screw rod. Unclench cams of the boss and look whether there is rod there. It is necessary to consider that the rod has left-hand thread. Therefore, it is necessary to turn off it clockwise. If the bolt sits too deeply, knock with the hammer on its head, using the punch. Hold cartridge with special key to prevent its rotation at spindle rotation. Also, for the same purposes, it is possible to clamp cartridge in vice with copper or plastic "sponges". After you have turned out bolt, it is necessary to unscrew the old boss. If on spindle there are cuts under wrench, record it and remove cartridge. If it is not possible to make it in any way, it is possible to uncover the body of drill and to record spindle in drill.
3. Take new cartridge. Put on it spindle and tighten key for the boss.
4. Wrap screw rod with left-side thread. Your drill is ready to work!
