1. The structure of any kitchen begins with drawing up its project. Take the sheet of paper (it is possible A4 format), carefully measure the kitchen, draw its drawing, specifying lines of distributing of electricity, the sewerage, water supply system, gas pipes. Designate the locations of door and window apertures.
2. Take scaled paper, cut from it small squares in scale corresponding to objects of kitchen situation. Usually they have standard dimensions, the fridge - 60х60 cm, gas-fire – 50х50 cm, width of kitchen floor cabinets – 60 cm, hinged - 30 cm.
3. The ergonomics of modern kitchens demand first of all the optimum device of so-called "working triangle" - the fridge – plate – washing. Note on the drawing of the place of convenient installation of these main objects in kitchen, considering eyeliner of communications.
4. Moving paper small squares, define optimum arrangement of kitchen furniture in work area of kitchen. Calculate and define necessary quantity of floor and hinged cabinets.
5. Note future lunch zone on the drawing, arrange on it the small squares corresponding to lunch furniture (table, stools, kitchen angular sofa).
6. By drawing up the project of own kitchen consider the number of the family members living together with you, their age, tastes and preferences. Do not encumber kitchen with excess furniture.
7. Projecting arrangement of kitchen, you proceed from room configuration. So, in small kitchen it is worth refusing doors to save superfluous half-meter of useful area. Door opening can be decorated with beautiful arch or bamboo curtain. Also in small kitchen it is possible to use windowsill and subwindow space, having arranged additional regiments there.
8. Think over style and color registration of kitchen. Light warm colors visually broaden the room, create comfort and cosiness. But saturated colors – red, orange - increase appetite and the general tone of organism.
