Instruction
- Carefully wash up hands. As it is necessary to touch sensitive mucous membrane, even sweat can cause irritation. Examine hands: on skin there should not be traces of soap or foam.
- Prepare container: fill both cells with solution in which lenses will be stored. If there was solution from last time, pour out it and fill in new portion.
- If you use cosmetics, do not wash away it before you remove lenses. Liquid for removal of ink, especially waterproof, can get into eyes and react with lens material. As a result the lens can be spoiled, and you get irritation or injury of eye. Be engaged in it after removal of lenses.
- Put container on table, sit down at table and set elbows against it for convenience. Look in the right upper corner. Hold with the left hand (big and index fingers) eyelids on the left eye. Right carefully touch by forefinger edge of iris and take lens. Try not to blink at the same time. Do not take lens nails at all. First, if you miss, will scratch eye. Secondly, the lens can be damaged too. Afterwards when carrying the place of scratch will irritate eye.
- Pull lens from pupil, by century. Carefully take out it and lower in container cell. At once close. The container cover for the right eye is usually noted by the letter R - right. On the left cover there are no signs. It becomes on case (very widespread) if the optical power of the right and left eyes differs.
- Repeat operation with the right eye: hold eyelids with the left hand, pull lens finger of right. Put lens in container and densely close.
