Already a day is extended, the sun becomes more, the winter will say goodbye to us soon. Summer residents gardeners already touch the stocks of seeds, make plans for new agricultural year. It is time to begin to collect ""vitamins"" for our plants: shell from eggs, onions peel and orange peels.
Orange peels save harvest from Colorado beetle. Their land on tray, I store in package. In the summer I ret 2-3 handfuls in bucket of warm water and I insist day. Directly with crusts I water eggplants and potato after the main watering. Bugs do not love this smell – is checked!
Besides, for house plants it is possible to make vitamin cocktail too. To prepare fertilizer from citrus, their dried peel needs to be crushed, filled with it approximately on third one-liter jar and to fill in it up to the top with boiled water. Having infused such "citrus" fertilizer for day, we take out crusts, we bring water in bank on volume to liter again, having added clear water, and we water our florets.
In preparation of cocktail from onions peel there is nothing difficult, the only nuance which needs to be considered: it cannot long be stored therefore such fertilizing needs to be prepared every time anew. So, preparation of onions cocktail requires about 50 gr. onions peel to fill in with 2 liters of hot water, to bring broth to boiling and, having boiled about 10 minutes, to allow to infuse within three hours. After broth has cooled down, we filter it and we spray plants. I water with infusion of onions peel vegetables, they grow directly in the eyes. This summer we picked them until the end of August, both on the street, and in the greenhouse.
I fill up largely istolchenny egg shell in holes when landing seedling – from medvedka. Small istolchyonny I scatter under seedling of flowers – from snails and slugs. Also the shell is very useful to plants as fertilizer.
