Crown from mutton

There will come the long-awaited holiday of Easter soon. And much want to indulge the relatives with some unusual and beautiful dish. With such dish as ""a crown from mutton"", your table will look kingly.

It is required to you

  • - saddle of a lamb of 1 piece;
  • - garlic 3 cloves;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - potatoes of 6 pieces;
  • - spices;
  • - dried herbs (basilicas, oregano, fennel, parsley);
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. Split in half a saddle, remove a vertebral part. Wash out meat, smooth out tops of costal bones, cut off fat. Sew both parts of ""crown"", cut the basis for stability.

2. Inside place garlic and meat which is cut off from bones. Outside rub with salt, spices and spicery. Oil sides. Wrap up the bared stones in a foil. Bake in an oven at 180 OS.

3. In 30 minutes on a baking tray add the peeled potatoes and bake until ready. When giving on a table put on a dish around ""crown"" greens and a fresh vegetables.
