1. Despite all convenience of circular charts, it is necessary to estimate whether their use in this specific situation is appropriate. Circular charts can be used only when we want to demonstrate division something whole on several various shares. If it is convenient to split up a circle for parts - then it is our case. The circle in this case is 100 percent.
2. Creation of the table Excel will be the first step. We will use two columns of the table. In the first we write down categories on which division of charts will then be made. That is, we use this column for the signature of numerical parameters. Near the signature in the next column of the table we enter numerical data. It is possible to enter them as in the percentage format counted earlier and in a format of usual numbers - then everything will make Excel for you.
3. After the table is ready, we start the master of charts (from the toolbar). Its interface is presented in the drawing. We select the Circular Charts item and we press the button ""Is ready"". So we receive the standard circular chart. By means of a context menu (it will open at right click according to the chart) we can complement it with additional data, change a legend format, add the signature.
4. Further we can export the ready chart to the text document or the presentation if the insert in the documents MS Office is necessary. Simply we move it, holding the left mouse button, in the necessary document. If we need a chart insert in other program, it is possible to make the chart the graphic file, previously having dragged in means of viewing photos or in Paint.
