Instruction
1. Begin with classical construction. Define the plane in which you will build a straight line. Let it will be the plane of the sheet of paper. Depending on statements of the problem arrange points. They can be any, but some system of coordinates is it is possible that set. Put any end where it will be pleasant to you more. Designate them as And yes Century. By means of a ruler connect them. According to an axiom, through two points it is always possible to draw a straight line, besides only one.
2. Draw the system of coordinates. Let you were given coordinates of a point And (h1; u1). That to find them, it is necessary to postpone on axes x the necessary number and to draw through noted point the straight line parallel to an axis at. Then postpone the size equal u1, on the corresponding axis. From noted point carry out a perpendicular before its crossing with the first. The place of their crossing will also be a point And. In the same way find a point In which coordinates can be designated as (h2; u2). Connect both points of a straight line.
3. In the AutoCAD program the straight line can be constructed in several ways. Function "on two points" is usually established after default. Find the Main tab in the top menu. You will see before yourself the Drawing panel. Find the button with the image of a straight line and press it.
4. The straight line on two points in this program can be constructed in two ways. Put the cursor in the necessary point on the screen and left-click. Then define the second point, stretch the line there and too click a mouse.
5. AutoCAD allows to set coordinates of both points also. Gather in the command line (_xline) which is below. Press Enter. Enter coordinates of the first point and too press input. In the same way define also the second point. It can be specified also by click of a mouse, having put the cursor in the necessary point of the screen.
6. In AutoCAD it is possible to construct a straight line not only on two points, but also on a tilt angle. In the Drawing context menu choose a straight line, and then the option "Corner". The starting point can be put click of a mouse or on coordinates, as well as to the last way. Then set the size of a corner and press input. After default the straight line will be located under the necessary corner to a horizontal.
