How to make creamy sauce for steak from a salmon

The prepared salmon in itself is very tasty dish. But if the tax to it creamy sauce, its taste becomes even more distinguished and refined. Besides it is absolutely simple to train him, and is – it is a pleasure.

It is required to you

  • champignons - 150 g;
    • onion - 1 piece;
    • flour - 1 tablespoon;
    • milk or cream of 200 ml;
    • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
    • fennel;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Prepare products. Rinse champignons with boiled water, carefully wash a baking plate with flowing water, dry on a paper towel and cut thin small plates. Wash fennel and small cut. And – warm up milk or cream to room temperature.

2. On the warmed frying pan pour vegetable oil and when it is warmed up – add champignons. Then reduce fire and fry them, stirring slowly from time to time, 7-8 minutes.

3. Add flour to champignons and carefully mix it with mushrooms. Then slowly pour in milk or cream in a frying pan, constantly stirring slowly with a spoon that unpleasant lumps weren't formed.

4. Bring the received weight to the boil, salt and pepper to taste. Then reduce fire and you cook 6 minutes, periodically stirring slowly. Sauce has to become uniform in the structure and thicken a little.

5. After that switch off fire, add chopped parsley, cover a frying pan and let's sauce stand several minutes.

6. Put the prepared steak from a salmon on the big flat plate which is laid out by lettuce leaves. Then water it from above with the made sauce and decorate with parsley branches.

7. If you love sour dishes, squeeze out couple of slices of a lemon in the boiling sauce. And to give it juicier aroma, throw there a little more lemon a dried peel.

8. Creamy sauce can be made also without mushrooms. For this purpose it is necessary just to fry flour till golden color, then to pour in it in cream and further to prepare from the specified recipe.

9. It is possible and to bake in this creamy sauce a salmon. For this purpose make it in the described way, put fish in a fire-resistant dish for roasting, fill in from above with sauce and put in an oven for 20-25 minutes. After that lay out the prepared salmon on a plate and decorate with greens.
