Rye flour can be not only a part of unsweetened bread and flat cakes, but also pastries. Make sure of it, having made this pie.

It is required to you

  • On a form of 15 cm in the diameter:
  • - 75 g of whole-wheat flour;
  • - 25 g of rye flour;
  • - 0.5 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • - 0.5 tsps of baking powder;
  • - 0.25 tsps of ground cinnamon;
  • - 0.25 tsps of a ground coriander;
  • - 100 g of a nibbled almond;
  • - 100 g of a desi;
  • - 100 g of liquid honey;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 tablespoons of rum;
  • - 250 g of cherry;
  • - 100 g of chocolate;
  • - 25 g of almond flakes.

Instruction

1. We get oil from the fridge in advance and we allow it to heat up to room temperature. Meanwhile to warm an oven to 180 degrees and to prepare a form, having greased it with the kindled desi (if you bake in silicone, it is possible to grease with nothing).

2. Sift flour in a big bowl together with baking powder, cinnamon and a coriander. Grind almonds in the coffee grinder or the processor with 1 tsp of sugar (it will serve as absorbent). It is possible to use ready almond meal also. Pour out processor bowl contents in a bowl to other dry ingredients.

3. Shake up oil with honey to uniformity, add a spoon of strong fragrant alcohol and egg. Vent the mixer to uniformity.
