  • - water or milk - 550 ml;

  • - soda - 0.5 teaspoons.
  • For a stuffing:
  • - chicken fillet - 500 g;
  • - onion - 1 piece;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - water cold - 2 tablespoons;
  • - cream - 2 tablespoons.
  • For batter:
  • - milk - 100 ml;
  • - eggs - 1 piece.

Instruction

1. Take quite deep cup and pour out in it milk or water. It is the best of all to use the first. Then there add crude eggs, sunflower oil, granulated sugar and salt. Carefully shake up educated liquid mix by means of a nimbus.
