Envelopes – a part of a compound dish which is characterized by existence of a stuffing and cover for its deduction. For example, all the known pancakes with a stuffing. The main requirement for envelopes are rather thin and elastic material from which they are displaced. And of course, tasty. They are edible, also as well as a stuffing in them. And to taste the outer sheath has to be combined with internal contents.
Instruction
1. The most widespread envelopes - from pancakes. For their production pancakes become thin and small by the size. So, envelopes from pancakes are opened and closed. Opened - it simply four times the put pancake with a liquid stuffing or the tubule rolled from pancake. The closed envelopes from pancakes can be curtailed in several ways. Envelope tubule. Lay a stuffing on one edge of pancake, having slightly receded. Inwrap it on a stuffing. Then inwrap in edge on each side. Accurately roll up pancake with a stuffing a tubule and fry in oil open edge down that the tubule didn't break up.
2. Rectangular envelope. Lay a stuffing also on edge of pancake, then curtail pancake with a stuffing several times, sprain side edges inside, create a flat envelope which fry in oil edge down
3. Envelope triangle. Lay a stuffing in the center of pancake, slightly press down it a spoon that it became flat. Inwrap two side edges at an angle towards each other. Also inwrap bottom edge inside. The big triangle with a stuffing in the center turned out. Put triangle corners inside at each other. Fry in oil the put corners down.
4. One more widespread envelope – from a cabbage leaf. It is used for preparation of stuffed cabbage leaves. Boil cabbage sheet 1 - 2 minutes in boiled water. It will become soft as a rag. The secret of successful turning of an envelope is that the stuffing should be put on a scape of a cabbage leaf, i.e. on a leaf junction with a head of cabbage. Then accurately inwrap a stuffing in a leaf once, sprain side edges inside, then put or roll stuffed cabbage, fry it in oil edge down.
5. Envelopes from puff pastry. Cut a leaf of puff pastry on small squares. Put a stuffing in the center, gather square corners above, slightly press them fingers. Bake an envelope in an oven.
