Instruction
1. Before work it is necessary to cut off power electropanel board in which works will be carried out. On the knife switch to hang out the precautionary poster. For check of lack of tension to use the indicator screw-driver. It is simple to concern a tip of the screw-driver of all contacts, at the same time it is necessary to touch by a forefinger contact on the handle.
2. After we make sure of lack of tension, we undertake preparation of the connected cable. For this purpose by a knife it is accurately removed the top isolation of a cable on distance which will allow to manipulate easily a cable in panel board at connection. The following step we will prepare cable wires. The same knife we remove isolation from wires. we prepare by flat-nose pliers (kruglogubets) contacts (we curve the ends of a wire in the form of circles). Keys we turn off clips in panel board and we connect our cable. At connection it is worth paying attention that in a cable three wires of one section, and the fourth – smaller. It is used as zero and connected first of all to the zero tire. At connection of a cable which wires multicore use tips for production of contacts.
3. At connection of loading on other end of a cable use the phase indicator by which determine the direct sequence of phases (AVS). Upon completion of assembly the robot remove the precautionary poster and connect 380 V.
