Those who at least a little in the life worked sport perfectly understand to what there is a business. When you constantly train, at you the will power, endurance of spirit and muscles, psychological stability grows. All psychological factors can be explained anatomic: at sports activities your brain receives many times more oxygen and food, your heart becomes more hardy, and in a daily routine does few reductions are insignificant, saving, thus, forces. The complex is divided into three parts:

  1. Exercises on force.
  2. Exercises on the volume of muscles.
  3. Exercises on force and volume.

It is the most effective to alternate these loadings weekly, that is – week you carry out a complex on force, week on the volume and week on force and volume. Thus, muscles will not manage to get used to loading, and every time will equally stimulate their growth and increase in force.

Exercises on force include stanovy draft, bending of hands with a bar, moves dumbbells and, of course, trainings of a press lying on force.

Exercises on the volume of muscles are a stanovy draft from a floor, squats with a bar, a press lying standing also on an inclined bench. Here the main thing is to increase the number of repetitions constantly!

Exercises on the volume and force – force of muscles grows at continuous increase in weight, at rather small number of repetitions, and volume grows with a low weight and increase in repetitions. Therefore in the third cycle, it is necessary though a little bit, but it is constant, to add weight, at the same time, without lowering the number of repetitions.
