Everywhere – a similar slogan we hear bacteria since childhood. In every way we try to resist to these microorganisms, sterilizing an environment. And whether it is necessary to act this way?
There are bacteria which are defenders and assistants, both the person, and the world around. These live microorganisms cover the person and the nature with million colonies. They are active participants of all happening processes on the planet and directly in an organism of any living being. Their purpose is to be responsible for the correct course of vital processes and to happen everywhere, where not to do without them.

All bacteria are involved in vital processes. For example, some help with digestion of food, others - active assistants in production of vitamins, the third act as defenders from harmful viruses and microorganisms.

For these food industries the bacterium of Lactobacillis which participates in fermentation processes is widely used. Therefore it is demanded in production of yogurt, beer, cheeses, wine.
All these representatives of microorganisms assistants live by the strict rules. Violation of their balance leads to the most negative phenomena. First of all, in a human body is caused diskbakterioz which consequences sometimes are irreversible. Secondly, all recovery functions of the person connected with internal or external bodies at an imbalance of useful bacteria take place much more difficultly.
