The whole country is divided into three tourist areas. On the Istrian Peninsula it is possible to sunbathe on beaches and to be bought in the sea. With children it is better to go to Central Dalmatia. There is a set of resorts for rest by all family.
And in the Southern Dalmatia the known ski resorts which are annually visited by thousands of tourists from around the world are located.
The proximity of the sea positively affects development of national economy. The shipbuilding which occurs on vervyakh on all sea coast is considered the main industry.
Climatic conditions of Croatia are caused by existence of an outlet to the sea. In a continental part of the country the warm sunny weather during the whole year is observed. And here on the coast in the winter very often there are rains. Croatia is a world record-holder by the number of sunny days in a year.
Among transport in Croatia the bus traffic is especially developed. Also in the country there are several airport terminals, and on all sea coast it is possible to move, floating by motor ships, yachts and other ships.
