The cult of personality as social phenomenon, is possible in the states and communities having signs of authoritativeness in the structure of the social and hierarchical structure, to some extent. It is necessary to understand that the normal state of society not in extreme anarchy or absolutism, and somewhere between. Certainly, there are associations where the liberal and democratic state is impossible as interferes with performance of tasks, for example, it is army and other security agencies. It, however, does not mean that the cult of personality is normal for such associations (it is not necessary to confuse a cult of the individual and subordination).
