The family is a small state in which the laws and rules work. That in family there were no groundless conflicts, it is necessary to conform to certain rules of conduct, to observe discipline. In any association, whether it be the family or the organization, all her members have to submit to an established order strictly.

1. For establishing discipline it is necessary to make the list of duties which have to be carried out for normal existence of this family. All her members have to take part in discussion of the list to consider the interests of all. Then duties need to be divided equally between relatives and also to establish concrete terms of their performance.
2. All family members have to be sure that failure to follow the obligations will not incur for itself destructive consequences. It is undesirable to recede from accurate observance of an order. However life is unpredictable, and circumstances can develop in such a way that it will be difficult to execute the duties. Concerning this moment also there has to be an arrangement on transfer of a date of performance or division of outstanding tasks between family members.
3. Stock up with patience. It is necessary to put a lot of effort that the habit to a strict order became standard of behavior, and the deviation from rules caused discomfort. At such institutes as kindergarten, school or army, a certain operations procedure it is established without our desires and takes root into our life as due. Family – the voluntary union which members are connected by community of life and mutual aid. Therefore support of discipline has to be based on mutual understanding.
