2. Use the carpal expander. The rubber ring will suit better in total, it is the cheapest tool to develop force of the grip. The stronger you squeeze the hand, the less harm is done to the brush and the less probability to injure bones of phalanxes and the sheaf at hard shots.

3. Take the pack of paper or the pack of old newspapers, thickness of the pack has to be about ten centimeters. Fix this pile on the wall in the special pocket. Work direct strikes on this pile, alternating the right and left hand, working for 90% of the maximum shot power, and every day remove on the leaf.
