2. Do not give to a kid up to the 10th day of his life anything, except maternal milk, gradually increasing its dose. All first week of life of a kid it is necessary to feed not less than 6 times a day. Till 10th day – 5 times.

3. Since 11th day of life, you feed a kid 4 times a day, adding to his food of a little liquid porridge on maternal milk. At this age it is necessary to take away a kid from an udder.

4. Begin to accustom a kid to a pasture gradually. In three weeks laterof births of a kid of ¼ his day diets can already consist of small crushed root crops (mainly potatoes and carrots), grated apples, a fresh grass or a liquid oat squash.

5. Since 30th day, gradually reduce a milk dose. So, if at the age of 30-40 days only about three once a day are already recommended to feed a kid, and maternal milk makes 2/3 more diets, then at the age of 60-70 days the amount of milk in a diet of a kid is only 1/5 part.

6. You feed a kid, besides milk, with dry concentrates, porridges, bran, root crops and a grass constantly, beginning approximately in a month after its birth.

7. By two months the kid can already do also without porridge therefore replace it with dry compound feeds, hay or cakes.

8. You give to drink to a kid clear water not less than 3 times a day at first warm water of room temperature, after – cool (but it is not below 12 °C).

9. You watch over health of kids. From two-week age surely give them the vitamin and mineral additives promoting strengthening and growth of bones and also formation of immunity.
