Instruction

1. Prepare skin. Before performance of exercises of fabric it is necessary to warm – apply nutritious cream to skin, accurately rub it, having passed across massage lines by finger-tips. Slightly knock with fingers on skin, kind of driving cream.

2. Work forehead muscles. On forehead horizontal folds are often formed, and the place between eyebrows is noted by vertical line – get rid of habit to wrinkle forehead. In passing train forehead muscles – close eyes and raise eyebrows, as if you are surprised. Detain them for several seconds, then lower into place. Repeat exercise of 3-5 times.

3. Strengthen muscles of eyes. This exercise will help you to weaken and tighten eye muscles – open eyes, you look directly forward. Then transfer look up, down, to the left, to the right – to each party for 3-4 seconds. Repeat 5-8 times.

4. Remove stress from fabrics. Deeply inhale and at the same time narrow eyes, strain chin and squeeze lips. On exhalation sharply relax – open eyes, loudly shout and put out tongue as it is possible further. Make so 5 times.

5. Train lips. Extend lips in tubule, then slowly stretch them in wide smile – 8 times. Make the movements imitating kisses, the lips extended forward – 5 times. Loudly and accurately you say sounds "about" (at the same time round mouth), "at" (last as it is possible further forward), "and" (wide smile). Study each "letter" on 3 times.

6. Tighten cheeks. Inflate cheeks, be late in this situation for couple of seconds, then let out the air. Inflate cheeks and overtake air from one in another, then up and down. Inflate cheeks and let out the air at first from one corner of lips, then from opposite. Round cheeks and suppress on them both hands. Connect lips: cover with upper lip lower, then make the return movement (pull lower lip on upper). Raise face up and pull lower lip to nose. Everyone repeat exercise on 5 times.

7. Take away the second chin. Push chin forward, bare the lower teeth and tell the word "X" – make so 10 times. Prop up chin fists and with effort open and close mouth, diversify exercise with pulling of language.
