Black dots (comedones) are formed as a result of obstruction of sebaceous glands by skin fat, desquamated cells of epidermis and dirt. If on forehead and chin the comedones develop, generally at owners of oily skin, then all can face problem of black dots on nose. How to get rid of this cosmetic defect, having spent time minimum?
- - grass broth;
- - the cleaning strips for nose;
- - mask film;
- - gelatin;
- - milk;
- - ascorbic or citric acid;
- - lemon;
- - peeling with fruit acids;
- - Uno's spoon;
- - 3% hydrogen peroxide solution.
1. Steam out skin. For this purpose moisten small piece of fabric with hot grass broth, carefully wring out and put on nose for 7-10 minutes. Remove fabric and paste on moist skin the cleaning strip for nose. Sustain 15 minutes and accurately remove it. The strip will extend all pollution from time, and they will remain on its inside.
2. Use mask film instead of the cleaning strips. It can be prepared and independently. In glasswares mix 1 tablespoon of edible gelatin and 1 tablespoon of milk. Put for 10 seconds in the microwave on the mode of average power. During this time gelatin will inflate and will turn into sticky weight. Wait until it a little cools down, apply with thick layer on problem zones. In 15 minutes when the film stiffens, accurately unstick it from nose. Wipe skin with the lotion narrowing time.
3. Clarify black dots by means of ascorbic or citric acid. Moisten cotton pad with contents of ampoule of ascorbic acid or lemon juice, or dissolve citric acid with water in the ratio 1:1 and wipe skin in the field of localization of comedones.
4. Make peeling of face the means containing fruit acids. Means of "Uryazh", "Faberlik", "Eksfoliak", "Eyvan", etc. are suitable for house use. Wash face and wipe with lotion for degreasing and normalization of pH. Put with thin layer peeling. Through the put time (it is specified on packing of means) wash away it and put the calming mask, and then cream. Afterwards for prevention of formation of pigmental spots use means with protection against ultraviolet.
5. Get cosmetic spoon of Uno which cosmetologists at mechanical face peel use. Carefully wash. Steam out face camomile broth within 15 minutes. Pressing spoon to skin, squeeze out comedones. For back of nose use part of spoon with loop or single opening, for wings – the part similar to colander. For convenience of cleaning of wings of nose wrap finger of free hand small piece of gauze and enter into the nasal course on 0.5-1 cm as support. After the procedure wipe face of 3% with hydrogen peroxide. Reddenings and traces from pressure spoon will disappear in a couple of hours.
