1. The torrent forums and the websites give an opportunity of fast and free downloading information to the user's computer. At the same time the ratio of the downloaded and given information is traced: to have access to new torrents, it is necessary to distribute the files which are already available on the computer. Respectively, each user is interested in downloading and distributing as much as possible megabyte, and it directly depends on work speed a torrent client.
2. As well as at any other operation happening by means of the Internet, the speed of work of Bittorrent depends on connection speed with network. Make sure that your provider provides necessary connection speed. Otherwise you should change a data plan or even supplier of services. Check that in network there were no noises and temporary failures in work. To learn the actual speed of the connection, use the website http://www.speedtest.net/, previously having disconnected all torrent trackers and similar applications.
3. Using Bittorrent, you download files not from the website, and from computers of specific users therefore the speed of their entering and outbound connections also depends on the speed of work of your torrent tracker.
4. Configure Bittorrent for correct work. Open the program and on a top panel of tools press the Setup button. In the opened window select the section "Speed". Before you the section Global Rate Limit Options. Put "checkboxes" in the Apply Restriction to Office Traffic and Apply Restriction to uTP to Connections functions.
5. Pass to the following section of settings. In the opened window you will see a set of columns for setup. It is not obligatory for you to understand their value. Trace that "checkboxes" stood only at the following functions: "Include DHT network", "Include DHT for new torrents", "Incl. speed control", "Enable support of UPD trackers", "Include exchange of feasts". If "checkboxes" stand at unnamed functional lines, move away them.
6. Click "Apply" and "OK" to save changes in settings. Restart Bittorrent, and new parameters will begin to regulate operation of the tracker.
