- Whey which is formed at preparation of cottage cheese has proved as surprising cosmetic for a long time. It contains magnesium, potassium, calcium, vitamins of group B, C, E, A, sincaline and biotin. After use of serum in roots processes of metabolism and hair accelerate become stronger.
- For the first way of preparation of serum take milk (about 1 l) and put it to the warm place. When milk turns sour and will turn into curdled milk, put it on plate and bring to boiling. Do not boil!
- Having noticed the first clots of cottage cheese on surface, switch off plate and leave liquid to cool down. Then filter serum through small sieve or gauze. Lay cottage cheese – it can be used for preparation of desserts.
- For the second way take pasteurized milk (1 l) and one small lemon. Put milk on plate and when it begins to boil, add lemon juice. Mix and remove from plate. After filtering, milk will be stratified on cottage cheese which you leave for desserts, and serum which you will use for hair.
- To prepare curative shampoo, add broth of roots of burdock to whey. Wash with this mix the head 1-2 times a week. Hair will become silky and obedient.
- If hair became brittle and drop out, the mask on the basis of whey will help. Stir warm serum with the crushed oat flakes to consistence of sour cream. Apply the turned-out weight on hair, rub in head skin and wrap up the head with cellophane. From above reel up thick towel or put on woolen cap. In hour wash away mask warm water.
