- In sunbed it is possible to receive fine equal suntan, but not for one session. So you should not hope to buy swarty leather right after the end of procedure. Visit sunbed several times a week, only this way you will be able to achieve that you want. The average time of the first procedure has to be from 3 to 5 minutes, then it can be increased gradually. Surely use sun-protection creams. What beautiful suntan would not be, remember that cannot go to sunbed pregnant women and the feeding women, people with excessively light skin, at cancer diseases and at intake of strong medicines.
- Sunshine are capable to present the most beautiful suntan too. Especially equal bronze shade can be received on the bank of the sea or the ocean. But if at you the trip to warm edges is not in the plans, then just acquire tan on the river bank or even in own kitchen garden. And not to get solar burn, apply to skin of a little sunblock cream. Begin to sunbathe 7-15 minutes and when skin already gets swarty shade, increase time for suntan up to 30-40 minutes. The same contraindications, as for visit of sunbed.
- If you for some reason cannot go to sunbed or sunbathe in the sun, try to get golden shade of skin by means of special creams. Buy any pleasant means, but pay attention that its tone has to be more dark than your skin no more than on 2-3 shades. If to use too dark cream on light skin, then it will unnaturally look. Apply a little cream to face skin and bodies, do not wash away. In several hours on skin there will be suntan. But the effect will be not long, about 1 week, then it is necessary to apply cream again. There are practically no contraindications, but there can be allergic reactions to composition of cream.
