However, recently the increasing popularity is gained by folk remedies which much cheaper purchased and at the same time are much more effective. One of such means – vinegar.
Advantage of vinegar
First of all It should be noted that we will talk about apple cider vinegar which can be bought in any shop. From school lessons of chemistry we remember that vinegar is acid. When using this means for skin the acidity is normalized and at the same time all bacteria, viruses, fungi and microbes are destroyed.
Not less important and the fact that thanks to the content of large amount of amino acids, vinegar is excellent means for start of mechanisms of natural regeneration of integument and strengthening of production of collagen.
Application of apple cider vinegar for skinIf to part vinegar with usual water in proportion 1:1, then it is possible to use it in quality of training to saloon peeling fruit acids. And if to mix green tea with vinegar, then you receive excellent tonic – on glass of green tea take teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and just wipe face.
Apple cider vinegar can be used and as ingredient for preparation of house masks. Pour three tablespoons of vinegar in glass or ceramic ware and add 5 grams of propolis there and mix. This mix needs to be infused within three days, then to add there one egg yolk and tablespoon of honey. Carefully mix mask components before formation of gruel. Musk needs to put on face, avoiding sites around eyes on quarter of hour. Then just wash away cool water and grease skin with nutritious cream.
Apple cider vinegar can be used not only for face skin care. So, for example, if you are not abandoned by feeling of tightness of skin of hands after soap use, to water can add several drops of vinegar – it neutralizes alkali and unpleasant feelings.
Vinegar – excellent conditioner for hair. Optimum ratio in this case – it is part of vinegar on 9 parts of water. When using such means the hair become more brilliant, soft comb hair better.
