It is necessary to include in a power supply system of the school student a large number of cottage cheese, greens, cod liver, seafood, haricots, olive oil. It is better to exclude too salty and sated with spices dishes from a diet of the school student.

5. Do not forget to show the child to the ophthalmologist even if pupils undergo inspections in school. Usually school students prefer to suppress problems with sight, being afraid of sneers of peers. But it leads to a bigger aggravation of a problem and decrease in sight. At school and teenage age the sight can worsen very quickly. If it is recommended to child to wear glasses, do not scorn this doctor's advice. Points reduce load of eyes, relax them and allow to stop deterioration in sight and also to see more comfortable.
