3. The most difficult case from the legal point of view is evacuation of the child out of borders of the country by one of parents or the third parties. To prevent unauthorized actions in this direction, frontier guards demand to provide the notarized exit visa of the child from parents. If business concerns single mothers, then it is enough to them to provide the birth certificate of the child which they can take in office of the REGISTRY OFFICE.
