How to enter porridges into the child's diet

Porridge – our force! This not just interesting expression, in porridges is a lot of necessary and useful to growth and development of the child of substances and vitamins. They can be entered into a children's diet approximately from 5 months.

1. Train them or buy in shop. Pay attention that ready porridges which need to be parted only are different. 2. Begin acquaintance of the kid to cereals with rice or buckwheat grain. Buckwheat contains a large amount of vegetable protein which is well acquired by a children's organism. Besides, it is rich with iron, phosphorus, vitamins of group B and other useful minerals. Rice grain does not cause allergies, but on the structure it concedes to buckwheat a little. Consider that rice fixes a stomach.

3. The first test – 1–2 teaspoons of porridge. If the baby has no problems, then the next day give it 3 spoons. And so daily gradually increase a portion to age and replace with it one chest feeding or intake of mix.

4. Approximately in a month suggest the child to taste oat and corn porridges. Grits are good the fact that it contains many vegetable fats, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamins B and E. Good option – porridge from mix of different grain. They supplement each other, and the little gourmet receives tasty and useful and food. Semolina porridge contains gluten which many children badly digest. Therefore it is possible to give such porridge not earlier than 6 months.

5. You can independently make for the kid porridge. For this purpose carefully wash up and dry grain. Then process it in the combine or the coffee grinder and weld on dairy mix or on water. From 6–7 months it is possible to cook porridges on the divorced cow's milk 1:2. When the child grows up, it will be possible not to mill any more grain that the kid learned to chew food.
