The concept of justice is often directly connected with violation of the rights. With the requirement of justice address to the highest authorities to solve a disputable situation in the lawful way. Sense of justice at children is developed better, and often they intuitively understand justice or injustice of the acts.
Very often the child takes painfully situations in which somebody was offended or deprived, try to correct independently a situation, to console the acquaintance. The American psychologists consider that it occurs because children understand any injustice emotionally, but it is not rational. Instincts prompt them that aspiration to equality, need to share – guarantee of survival of all.
To teach the child of justice, it is the best of all for kindness and compassion on the example. Being together with it, make some good deed: give alms, help the old woman, feed up a homeless doggie. The kid will surely follow an example of the parents, will understand that so it is necessary. He will not think whether it is favorable to do so or not. Will just follow the example.
Having seen a homeless cat or a dog on the street, you do not seek to protect the child from communication with them. Discuss with it their destiny better. Tell that someone offended a cat or a doggie that they lost the house and owners that they could not be helped. Explain to the baby that instead of ironing an animal, it is better to feed up him. Then together take out a little milk or bread and treat a cat or a dog. Having bought the kid a new toy, create him conditions that he at first played enough it alone. In couple of days it will bother and it can be taken out on the street or to take in kindergarten. Then it will not be grieves kid any more to allow to play it to the companion. Do not abuse the child at other children or their parents. From the point of view of the kid, his parents have to always and in all to support him. And if he is not right, will unfairly reproach him in the presence of strangers. During the quarrels between children try to judge them, having attentively listened to everyone and having made the decision which would distract everyone from the cause of conflict. Read more fairy tales, verses and stories in which heroes make good acts. Discuss with it: why any given boy or the girl arrived anyway. Whether it is fair? Give to the child an opportunity most to judge heroes of the fairy tale and to draw conclusions. As psychologists found out, justice in understanding of the child is equated to a concept of equality. It is expressed in indignation because the kid has no same toy, as at someone because it is allowed others more, than to it. It is better to explain a situation on any example. For example, one of his friends is forced to wear glasses. And it is necessary to do it because of weak sight. But it does not mean that other children have to go wearing spectacles too only because the neighbor carries them. Tell that justice consists that all people different. Children have different abilities and physical capacities, different requirements. If to the next child bought the radio-controlled car, then to him bought other gift recently. That if parents force the kid to go to bed earlier, than his senior friends, then it is necessary for his good rest. That if one is able to run quickly and to climb well, then – it is good to draw another, for example. Explain to the kid that much can be reached most. For example, if to run much and more often to climb, it is possible to become quicker and lovchy any other. Promise that if he behaves approximately, will buy him the same toy, as at another. Do not hesitate to tell that different parents have a different situation in family. If parents presented to the neighbor expensive computer, and to it is not present. Pay its attention that it has a set of things which are expensive to it. Let he will tell about what from the things he appreciates above all and why.
