How to keep psychological health of the child

The problem of maintaining psychological health of the child more often concerns modern parents. Wednesday in which children live adversely affects mentality of children, and the level of fatigue grows every day.

1. Talk to the child on all subjects concerning him. Ask constantly on all phenomena which happen in kindergarten, at school. You watch its activity and an emotional state, do not allow overfatigue at all. Be not indifferent to the child's problems. 2. Do not lay down the conditions impossible for performance before the child. Do not force to study best of all, not each child has abilities to excellent perception in all objects. Participation in carrying out holidays, competitions has to be voluntary, at the request of the kid.

3. Looking through school notebooks and the diary, do not express sharply, criticize, but moderately. Ask for the help tutors and school teachers better. The child has to trust you, but not be afraid to tell about the slightest failures in the relations with peers and teachers. Actively participate in permission of any conflicts that your child did not feel alone in this huge world.

4. Control employment of the child after lessons. Visit of a large number of circles and sections not always affects positively psychological state of the child.

5. You watch what gives joy to the child and that causes negative emotions. Adjust good relationship in family, do not allow quarrels and scandals in the face of the child. Be benevolent. Operate the emotions, keep balance since psychological health depends on the relations between parents.

6. Reduce duration of watching television if you began to notice a bad dream, strong fatigue of the child. Create a comfortable environment for life not to distort emotional development.
