Students, housewives or women who recently left and not in time to get new job, having been pregnant women, often worry that they will have less rights to grants and privileges. Other rights of jobless pregnant women
Under the law if the pregnant woman gets a job, cannot refuse to her reception on the basis of her pregnancy. The employer who does not hire the pregnant woman for this reason is held criminally responsible.
The exception is made by cases when the position provides such qualities which are not compatible to pregnancy.
As working, and jobless pregnant women have the right for free medical care in any clinic for women or policlinic regardless of the place of a registration, it is possible to be registered in any clinic. Some free drugs and vitamins about which it is possible to ask the doctor on early terms rely pregnant women.
