Instruction

1. To steam squash puree (ragout) with vegetables, take the fresh or frozen squash. Carefully wash up and peel. Take interiors and cut it into small pieces. Only you do not cook the whole squash at once, it will turn out too much, and puree will quickly be spoiled. Fill up a squash in the double boiler and add a few vegetables there: grated carrots, onions, tomato, a cucumber, cabbage (usual, color or broccoli), beets, greens and potatoes (previously boil it). You cook before full softening (8-10 minutes). Drain water and crush the received weight in the blender. If there is no blender, it is possible just to rub a ready squash on a grater or to pound a fork before receiving homogeneous mass. Add a drop olive, vegetable or butter, the minimum pinch of salt and there is a little chest milk or mix (all at will). Properly mix.

2. If to the child more than one year and in your family eat meat, then quite you can add it to puree a little. Meat has to be previously boiled, it is better to use chicken. Vegetables can be put safely in any combinations, all to taste and desire.

3. It is possible to boil, extinguish or prepare a squash in the microwave (7-10 minutes), but it is more preferable to use above the stated recipe as it is safer for digestive system. Especially, if to your child only several months, and you only begin to lure it. Anyway, great, healthy vegetable puree – will be good food for your kid.
