2. Explain to the child that the conscience means. It is possible to make it, sorting situations into which the child gets at home or at school. Small children are so suited that often play pranks. Discuss with the child some of his acts. Perhaps, he did not give way to the elderly person in the bus or broke others toy and did not tell about it. It will be much easier for child to understand what is clear conscience. Why it is important not to deceive, not to slander on other people, not to violate the rights of other people, not to envy, etc. the Child has to understand communication between the behavior and events which take place.
3. Do not frighten the child by God at all. You can turn off him from spiritual life the terrifying stories in the spirit of "God'll fix you! for it...". About a confession the child has to understand only one - God knows everything about his acts and thoughts. And all the same loves him. Therefore the child needs to recognize only any given sin if he really made it.
4. Explain to the child that the conscience is and there is God who is in each person. And it is necessary to admit the offenses because through it it is possible to get closer to God, to become better, more worthy. It is important that on a confession the child did not list the bad offenses automatically. Each business with which it is really a shame to it needs to be mentioned and to regret really. For this purpose at the end every evening discuss with the child, how was your day, that the child learned new, opened, perhaps, the child himself will tell because of what it is a shame to it.
