Instruction
1. First of all parents of the baby should receive the birth certificate. For this purpose mom or dad with passports of two parents and the reference from maternity hospital have to come to the nearest department of bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE. However for registration in the apartment of it meanwhile it is not enough. In local police station on the birth certificate have to set the seal with the indication of nationality, and to enter data on the child in passports of parents. For this purpose, respectively, passports of parents (originals and copies, including pages with data on a registration of everyone) and the birth certificate of the child are necessary (also the original and the copy).
2. Further mom and dad have to solve, where to register the child. The spouses living together, but registered in different apartments, now not a rarity (for example, the husband is registered in the apartment where there lives the family, and the wife is registered at the parents). Most often the kid is registered in the place of a registration of the father. In that case the reference from house management or UICC (uniform information calculating center) to which the dwelling of the spouse belongs is required. The reference confirms that the child is not registered together with mom.
3. The birth certificate with sealed and the certificate of lack of registration should be carried in the house management or EIRC of this area. Besides the birth certificate of the child and the reference mom and dad should provide in house management of the passport and the house register.
