Instead of water it is possible to use solid substances - sand and ice. For a hot foot bathtub it is necessary to heat sand a little. Hardening is impossible without morning exercises. Whenever possible, in warm weather you do exercises in the fresh air, and in cold - in previously aired room.

Hardening will be the most effective measure of prevention of a SARS if to combine it with healthy nutrition. The diet of the child has to be enriched with all necessary vitamins and minerals. Once a week at a diet there has to be a meat of fishes, the rich fat an omega acids (a lamprey, a halibut, a mackerel, a tuna, sardines). Vegetables and fruit – every day.

Organize houses the mini phytobar, making the child useful grass broths. As prevention of a SARS in traditional medicine use broths from hips, flowers of a linden, a thyme, roots of a burdock and chicory. Home-made cranberry and raspberry drinks strengthen immunity.
