The main components of breast milk are proteins, fats and carbohydrates. And they are in the balance ideal for assimilation by the child's organism. These substances help the kid grow strong and to be healthy.
Proteins
These are peculiar bricks thanks to which the child so intensively gains growth and weight in the first year of the life. Breast milk contains, mainly, serumal protein and casein. One more important component of female milk – amino acid. The most valuable – taurine (improves work of nervous system) and lactoferrin (helps full digestion of iron and suppresses growth of pathogenic organisms).
Fats
Fats are a power source for the baby. Cholesterol from breast milk actively influences development of a brain, helps to synthesize hormones and D.V vitamin the first months female milk contains many fats, after their quantity significantly decreases.
Carbohydrates
In breast milk carbohydrates are presented by lactose. It is milk sugar which when splitting passes into enzymes – glucose and a galactose. Lactose helps growth of gray substance of a brain and stimulates growth of useful bacteria in the child's intestines (therefore kids on breastfeeding suffer from frustration of a chair and gastrointestinal diseases less often).
Mineral substances, vitamins, immunoglobulins
Breast milk contains iron, manganese, copper, calcium, phosphorus, vitamins A, In, With, D, etc. All of them are in a harmonious ratio for their best assimilation. Other important component of female milk – immunoglobulin lysozyme. It destroys harmful microorganisms in a mouth and intestines of the baby.
Hormones
At breast milk there are more than 20 various hormones. The most important of them: oxytocin (is responsible for a psychoemotional state), prolactin (influences development of a hypophysis), insulin (regulates sugar in the child's blood), growth hormones. All of them actively influence a metabolism, helping the baby grow and to develop correctly.
