Perhaps, each active Internet user has e-mail. Communicating with friends, relatives and colleagues, users have the big contact list by mail. How to systematize all addresses?
Instruction
1. People who essentially want to differentiate the private and business life create different phone numbers and the e-mail postal addresses: some intend for close people, others – for working contacts. However to check different mailboxes not absolutely conveniently. It is much simpler to create contact blocks on one e-mail and to add to it the friends.
2. Look at senders of the letters coming to you recently. Note mentally contacts which would not like to lose. Think into what groups of acquaintances you could separate these people.
3. Being on the page of the e-mail, click on an icon of "Address" which is on a top panel of tools of a box. Your address book is empty. You can add to it contacts, creating the general list, or at once to separate friends into groups. If classification is necessary for you, click "Add group" in the screen upper right corner. In the opened field delete the working name "New Group No. 1" and enter a name, necessary for you, for example, "Relatives" there. Press the Change the Name button. Create so many groups how many you will consider necessary.
4. Begin to add contacts to groups. Pass to the list of the received messages. Note a tick those letters whose senders you want to save in the address book. When the choice is complete and checkboxes are placed, click "Still" which is on the top menu of a mailbox. In the opened list of functions select the column "Add to the Addresses".
5. It is possible to add the friend's address to the address book and manually if it did not send you e-mails yet. For this purpose enter the section "Addresses" and find the column "Fast Adding". In the respective fields enter the e-mail address of your friend and his nickname. If it is necessary, expand data on contact, having written his surname, a name and phone. Click "OK". Now your friend is added to the address book.
6. To distribute friends on groups, open groups in turn, and in the appeared contact list (all address book) select suitable, putting checkboxes at their addresses. At the end of the choice click "Move" and "OK".
