How to build in a HTML page

During the work on the Internet sometimes there is a need to add one or several pages on already existing website. If the owner of the website is not experienced in issues of web-design, then can meet certain difficulties. Instruction 1. If your resource is created on the free service allowing to create the website in read minutes, that adding of new pages should be made via the website control panel. The situation when the webmaster creates for someone the website is rather widespread, but later the owner of a resource has a need of its update – adding or removal of pages, filling by relevant content. It is not too difficult task, it can quite be executed independently, without involving the master. 3. Most likely, your website is the independent project and is located on a paid hoting. As the owner of a resource, you should have the login and the password for a login to the control panel. Enter it, open the folder with pages of the website. Most likely, pages of the website are in public_html directory. 4. For creation of a new page you will need HTML editor. Often such editor is already present at the control panel of the website, but its opportunities are usually rather small. It is better to use other editor – for example, CuteHtml. It small and very convenient, with syntax highlighting. 5. If in the control panel of the website there is already HTML editor, open in it the page of the website, the closest on design to that which you need to create. If pages of the website have sequential numbering, then it can be the last page. Copy the code in the built-in editor, then open CuteHtml. You will see preparation of the code – completely delete it and insert your copied code. 6. Save the inserted code under a name necessary to you. For example, if the copied page had the address of a view http://моé¬_сайт.ru/page5.html, save it in the editor as page6.html. Now you have a preparation of the new page, and you can begin to change it as necessary. 7. Change points of navigation in the menu – find the corresponding lines of the code and change the addresses of links. For example, if the button or the menu bar conducted on the fourth page "Back" earlier, then now it should conduct on the fifth – as the new page became the sixth. Correct in this way all lines and buttons of navigation. Save the changed page as page6.1.html. Creation of such temporary copies is very useful as allows to return to the previous option in case of the wrong or unsuccessful changes – you always have in a stock a backup copy. 8. Now be engaged in contents of the page. Pay attention to tags which framed text lines. Without touching tags, delete the old text and insert new on its place. If it is necessary to add the paragraph, copy previous together with tags and insert slightly below, then replace the text. Gradually you will understand that why any given tags are necessary. 9. If it is necessary to insert the picture, issue it correctly. Download the file of the picture to the website – for example, in the image folder, and in the code issue the link to it. The link to the picture will look approximately so: the width and height Parameters set image sizes in width and height. 10. After execution of links, the text and pictures save the page under the necessary name, in this example it is page6.html. Begin to rock it to the website to other pages via the control panel of the website. After that you will need to edit the previous page of the website, having inserted into it the link to new. As changes will be small, it is possible to make them directly on the website, in the built-in editor.
