Instruction
1. Download and install the program for communication in IRC. Among all clients It should be noted mIRC, Kvirc, X-Chat and Trillian. For mobile devices there is also a big variety of applications under different platforms.
2. Find the list of the IRC servers in the Internet and select the most suitable resource for you. Be guided on location of the server and its subject.
3. Start the installed program and enter request of a view in the command line: / server of an adres_server.

It is desirable to specify the name by Latin letters and it should match the name specified in command/join. After creation to your nickname the icon "" @ is attributed"" and you have the right to manage categories of users.
